I wish this had been explained better. I spent way too much time and energy trying to figure out what it meant, and it felt like it could’ve been way more straightforward

I’ve been using HP Tuners on my truck, there are way more tables and options than I expected. It’s not something you just figure out in five minutes, so I don’t know why anyone would assume it’s super simple right away. There’s definitely a learning curve, but once you spend some time with it, it’s been totally worth it for me

I had a problem with my account and reached out to support. To be fair, they did get back to me and fixed it, so I can’t be too mad. But wow, the wait felt so much longer than I expected, and I was definitely checking my inbox like a maniac. It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, I just really wish they were a bit faster with responses. Other than that, the site works fine.

I tried using it expecting things to run smoothly, but I kept running into issues. Some codes were missed, and the live data kept freezing on me, which made it really frustrating to trust or follow along in real time. I ended up spending more time dealing with glitches than actually using it the way I wanted to

Their training videos helped a lot. Super easy to follow. No long confusion. Just watched, paused, tried it. Made everything feel way easier.

Overall, I’m happy with it. I got my HP Tuners device and it feels well made right out of the box. The case is sturdy, the cables plug in nice and tight, and nothing about it feels cheap. My only small gripe is that the ports could be a little smoother, but it’s not a big deal.

I had to read through some info, search around a little, watch a video, pause it, rewind it, compare what was on my screen, that kind of thing. If you’re new to this stuff, I think the instructions could be a lot clearer, maybe with better step-by-step screenshots or examples of what you should see during install. Once it was actually connected, though, it worked like it was supposed to. No weird disconnects, no major errors, no random issues after that. I’m giving it 4 stars because the beginning was a little bumpy, but overall I’m happy with it and would still buy it again

I got my order and everything was fine, but the shipping took longer than I was hoping. I kept checking the updates and started noticing the tracking didn’t really move much for a few days, so I figured it was probably just a shipping delay pattern rather than anything wrong with the order itself. Overall, no issues with the product, just wish it had arrived a little faster.
